A mid-western farm boy reluctantly becomes a member of the undead when a girl he meets turns out to be part of a band of southern vampires who roam the highways in stolen cars. Mae (Jenny Wright) arms herself with what appears to be a stainless Walther PPK during the shootout.

Near Dark is not a widely known vampire movie, but it is a cult favorite and has a few different twists on the myth that makes it very entertaining and timeless.
